Welcome to MicroSched. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MicroSched website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to transmitting spam, harassing other users, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans renew automatically according to the billing cycle you select. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds, if any, follow the policy described at checkout.

4. Customer Data

You retain ownership of the data you upload to the Service (customers, appointments, products). MicroSched processes this data solely to provide the Service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MicroSched is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time; the termination will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
